Here’s the other type of smile. From Wikipedia.
- The “Pan American smile”, on the other hand, is the voluntary smile involving only the zygomaticus major muscle to show politeness; for example, by a flight attendant on the former airline of the same name. Considered “insincere”, this type of smile has also been called the “Professional Smile” by David Foster Wallace in his comedic short story A Supposedly Fun Thing I’ll Never Do Again“.

American fake smile actual;ly disturbs me. It feels like an angry dog is in front of me ready to bite. Fake smiling a lot can stress the “smile owner” a lot and cause some permanent depression. It is NOT recommended to fake smile a lot. Show your natural feelings even if you can’t or don’t want to smile.

No, I didn’t get teeth removed this time, however, when I had braces the first time as a teen, I had many teeth removed before getting my braces on.

I don’t think my face looks different; my adjustment was slight. However, I imagine that a big adjustment would show up in your face.
